What's the ordering process?
Our process is quite simple, our customers are able to order online through our website. Once order is paid out, we will receive a notification. A team member will reach out to customer shortly after ordering to confirm time for pick up, followed by an email notification of verification of customer payment and address for pick-up (make sure to check and respond to email).
What's the pick up location?
We have 3 Pick-up locations within one mile of Northpark Mall in Dallas TX. After invoice is paid out we will send confirmation email advise which pick-up.
Do you all have a Resturant?
We rent kitchen spaces to cook and prepare food. Our physical address is not to the public, the Mockingbird address is simply our mailing address.
Can I get my food same day?
A customer can order and pick up same day. The only time we require for customers to pay in advance unless it’s catering order or customized large dishes such as our Breaking Bread pans. If customer is purchasing any type of Breaking Bread pans and wanting it same day, we just ask that customer place order early mornings so that we’re able to prepare accordingly.
How does Catering works?
We offer 3 different catering services for a party of 10 or more. Clients are able to choose pick-up service, in-house catering, or all you can eat buffet. FREE delivery if you're located in North Dallas.
Do you all have any Specials?
We honor specials on Holidays and owner Birthday. Follow us on Instagram for current updates and specials.
Can you ship food?
We do not ship food. We only ship our Jars of Lip Smackin Garlic Butter, with and option of two flat rate shipping fee.
Can I Substitute an item?
No, we do not substitute any items. We are able to leave a certain item off however, you are more than welcome to order a side dish on our Scrappin for Change portion of the menu.
