REFUNDS - There are absolutely NO refunds on any food purchases or orders that have been paid and prepared. --IMPORTANT-- ANY PERSON PURSUING TO GET A REFUND OR PROCEED WITH THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A REFUND AFTER FOOD HAS BEEN COOKED OR ISSUED OUT WILL HAVE THIS CONTRACT VOIDED AND ALL ORDERING ORIGINALLY APPLIED FOR WILL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO BE COMPLETED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY THE COMPANY OWNER REQUEST. At any point in time, if the client/customer decides they no longer want the food after purchasing, they are welcome to decline, but no refund will be issued, and the contract, if any, will be void.
If you are 15 minutes late for pick-up, you will receive an additional $15 charge. Late fee charge must be paid out before driver releases your purchased order. If you are 30 minutes late for pick up, you will not receive food purchased, and there are absolutely no refunds.
